Not unless this is the style of modelling you want to do. It’s a very strange myth with customers booking the studio that think we will expect them to bring lingerie or want to do nude photos.
Many aspiring models will use unsuitable images, casual snap shots from a friend is useable in a raw state however drunken photos or nude pictures not taken professional look cheap and tacky and reflects on the type of person you are. If your an aspiring model you want to look your best at all times and so leave nude pictures till you need them or don’t even go near them. If you don’t want to model like that they you don’t need to get your clothes off to build your female or male modelling portfolio.
When you first get into modelling and perhaps post some images on an Internet modelling site, you are often asked what types of modelling you want to do. Remember that glamour is rarely glamorous and sometimes simply used as a term for top shelf magazine style.
Still, you should not be too prude as a model. Some of the most famous names have modelled see-through, topless or nude in magazines and on the catwalk. You may on occasion be expected to show some (or a lot of) flesh. As long as it is for a reason and in the right context, be prepared to do it. This does depend on what your modelling and why, if you only want to have a makeover experience within the Suffolk Photo Studio we will capture the images you would like and would not mention nude photos unless you bought it up. We prefer to specialise in tasteful art and photography and even if the picture is nude would not be like your top shelf magazine it would be in a boudoir tasteful manner.
