By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and view the content in areas. By using our website you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age or you’re with a consenting adult or guardian. By ordering products and services from our website you enter into a legally binding contract, which you agree will be governed by these terms and conditions.

1.2. We reserve the right to change these terms and condition at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website. It’s your responsibility to keep up to date with the terms and conditions.
1.3. The Website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Website we will try to correct them as soon as we can.
1.4. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1. The content of this website is protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
2.2. You may retrieve and display the content of the website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network), or print one copy of such content for your own personal non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices.
2.3. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on this website without written permission from us.
3.1. Prices stated are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT (sales tax).
4. Postage and Packaging
4.1. The cost of postage, packaging and delivery is clearly displayed at ‘checkout’ for you to approve before confirming your order.
5. Makeover & Photoshoot Vouchers
5.1. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the voucher, description or offer.
5.2. Vouchers are valid for one person, unless stated otherwise on the voucher.
5.3. Group bookings are limited to three people, provided each person submits a valid Voucher. In the case of group bookings, the complimentary print included will be of the individual. Spectators are not permitted.
5.4. Packages are suitable for all ages; however, under 18’s must be accompanied by their parent or legal/court-appointed guardian.
5.5. Please bring the relevant voucher with you to your appointment otherwise we cannot provide you with your session.
5.6. Additional Terms and Conditions may apply for promotional packages.
6. Voucher Cancellation & Refunds Policy
6.1. You have a statutory right to cancel the purchase of any voucher package within 7 working days after receipt of your voucher(s).
6.2. If you cancel, you will be given a full refund within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

7. Booking Makeovers & Photoshoots
7.1. Our booking office is open 7 days a week for your convenience, from 8.30am – 21.00pm.
7.2. Appointments are available 7 days a week, unless stated otherwise on the voucher. All dates and times are subject to availability.
7.3. To limit non-attendance, a booking fee of between £25-£50 depending on the package and this is required to secure your appointment.
7.4. You may choose to use the booking fee against the cost of your order. If not, it will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days after your session.
7.5. The Makeover & Photoshoot session will last for approximately half a day.
7.6. If you arrive late you may be required to forfeit some elements of your session.
7.7. A maximum of 4 outfit changes are permitted during the photoshoot.
7.8. If you wish to reschedule your booking more than 72 hours before your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you. In this case, a £15 administration fee will apply.
7.9. If you wish to reschedule your booking within 72 hours of your appointment, you may be required to forfeit your booking deposit to cover any losses incurred by us.
8. Makeover & Photoshoot Prints/Digital Images
8.1. You will get a personal viewing of your full photoshoot at the end of your session. You are under no obligation to purchase prints, images or any other product(s) from us.
8.2. Retouching, digital finishing and image effects are available as optional extras.
8.3. A full price list of our prints and products is displayed in the viewing room.
8.4. Copyright rights in the photoshoot images belong to Suffolk Photo Studio solely unless you have it in writing. Selling or making profit commercially without copyright is illegal and will have to be paid in full to the Suffolk Photo Studio. Publishing, duplicating, changing the format of the pictures or viewing electronically is classified as copyright theft and will lead to legal action.
8.5. If you purchase digital images on CD, the copyright rights for those images will belong to you.
8.6. Delivery of orders may take approximately 4-6 weeks, however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
8.7. Express Print orders may be arranged at an additional fee. In this case we will dispatch your order within 14-28 days.
8.8. Complimentary images if not purchased with other packages or at the studios discretion can be watermarked or branded.
8.9. A £5.00 charge is required to cover postage and packaging for print(s) or other product(s) purchased. This fee also applies to any complimentary print(s) included in your session.
9. Makeover & Photoshoot Cancellation Policy
9.1. We reserve the right to cancel your session at any time by giving you written notice. If we cancel your session we shall reimburse you of any booking fee and any other money you have already paid us.
9.2. If you do not complete your session on the day of your appointment, you will be asked to pay for any service that you have received at our standard rates.
9.3. Because our products/prints are personalised, we cannot refund or credit you for any products/prints purchased when your session is completed and if you’re unhappy we will give you a copy of the raw image on the size print you ordered.
10. Rollover Cancellation & Refunds Policy
10.1. Rollover is payment in advance for images that you pay when booking your session and entitles you to half price images. For example, if you pay £50 Rollover, you will be entitled to two 7×5 prints on the day of your session (normal price £50 each).
10.2. You have a statutory right to cancel the purchase of any Rollover within 7 working days of payment.
10.3. If you cancel, you will be given a full refund within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

11. Photoshoot Health and Safety Risk Warning
11.1. If you have any aversion to flash photography, or any history of medical problems, such as skin allergy or epilepsy, that may affect the success of the Makeover Photoshoot at any point, it is your responsibility to let us know in advance.
11.2.Whilst Suffolk Photo Studio will always ensure a safe environment within the studio, it is the parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that all children are supervised and remain safe at all times to avoid danger caused by the misuse, handling or interference of equipment.
12. Photoshoot Right of Publicity
12.1. During your makeover session you will be asked to state on your consultation/order form whether you grant Suffolk Photo Studio the right to use your pictures for advertising and promotional material. We will not share your data with any third parties.
13. Cosmetics & Hairstyling Products (Delivery, Cancellation & Refunds)
13.1. Delivery of Cosmetics & Hairstyling Products will take approximately 7-10 days.
13.2. You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 working days after you receive your Products.
13.3. If you choose to cancel your order you will be expected to return the Products unused and in their original packaging condition.
13.4. If you cancel you order, you will be given a full refund minus delivery charges within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.
13.5. We will not refund the delivery charges you pay for returning the products to us.
13.6. We strongly recommend that you request and retain proof of posting for any items returned. We cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without signed delivery to our studio address Suffolk Photo Studio, Bulmer Road Industrial Estate, Sudbury, Suffolk, CO10 7HJ.

14.1. We take complaints very seriously and aim to deal with them in a fair, confidential, quick and effective way.
14.2. If you are unhappy about anything during your makeover session, please let our staff know on the day or write/email us using the contact details given.
14.3. If you are not entirely satisfied with your images, album(s) or frame(s) when they are received, you will have 14 days to contact our customer solutions department with your concerns. After 14 days administration charges may be applied to retrieve your files from our backup system.
14.4. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law. Any disputes arising out of your use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
